Tibiao River is an eco-adventure tourist destination located in the town of Tibiao, Antique. Its location is strategic for those who are flying in via Aklan, Capiz and Iloilo.
The crystal-clear waters of the river is perfect for white water river kayaking/rafting at different difficulty grades. Being one of the best white water rivers in the country, it hosted the first international kayaking cup in 1997.
Today, thrill seekers and nature lovers visit the river for recreation and fun as there are now several river resorts and accommodations located along its rim. People can choose to simply have lunch while dipping their feet on the river, enjoy a kawa hot bath or swim on the crystal waters.
