The Iloilo Business Park is a 72-hectare mixed-use masterplanned community development in Mandurriao, Iloilo City that used to be the old Iloilo Airport. The whole complex is owned by Megaworld.

Considered as the Philippines first brandy museum, Emperador’s Brandy Museum is an interactive facility that brings guests to the real bodega in Spain and gives them a real brandy experience.
The ICON as the acronym suggests is an icon of Ilonggo perseverance and ingenuity. With a fascade that looks like an Ilonggo sail boat called paraw, the structure is a two-storey masterpiece that can accommodate 3,700 people on the ground floor all at the same time. Its second floor can accommodate 500-seat functions.
