Roxas City maybe known as the country’s Seafood Capital but it the serving of food and the preparation of different dishes doesn’t end there and the catch is the crawl. Literally, its having to experience pleasing the taste buds in Capiz and Roxas City by crawling, that is moving from one food establishment to another while at the same time having the opportunity to enjoy the sights around.
The unique idea is not necessarily to deviate but at least provide a different perspective of food preparation in Roxas City that is seafood dominated. Its allowing restaurants, chefs, enthusiasts and the public to taste what Capizenos can offer other than the seafoods and integrating the ambiance and locations of restaurants in the menu.
One can have panghimagas from a mountain restaurant, taste a different brew of coffee in another coffee house, feast on dinner at a seaside restaurant and call the night off with some booze at another bar all paid in one receipt.
It may sound expensive but the sum of it all plus the added experience and ambience make the whole crawl very cheap yet classy.
