This is the story of Baluarte in Hda. Baluarte, Alegria, Murcia owned by the Lizares Family of Talisay City. Cacar Lizares the owner who loved planting trees in their portion of the property eventually turned it into a mountain resort that offers a temporary place of rest and relaxation to visitors.
Its proximity to Bacolod City, offers the place as an ideal venue for team building and retreat. It has 8 rooms that can accommodate at least 30 persons and are well-equipped however the owner prohibited internet connections and televisions inside in order to achieve the purpose of true relaxation.
Other amenities include a restaurant that offers great Ilonggo food, a swimming pool with spring water, provisions for outdoor board room, provisions for bonfires and a wide parking space.
