With a 26-minute ride from Kalibo, Aklan’s capital town, Chole Camp and Café in Sitio Awayon B, Makato, Aklan is set to bring visitors to a whole new experience of coffee drinking and relaxation as it is towering above a mountain where one can sip their coffee and see the mountains around.
The ride may be a bit bumpy as it nears the café but several two-storey bamboo huts are waiting for the guests and a main pavilion that serves as the front desk and restaurant. The place is named after Choleng, the owner of the land where the café stands. Different preparations of coffee are being served along with other menus to satisfy the cravings of the stomach.
Parking is plenty for those who have their own cars and people can go glamping to experience the place at night.
