A perfect place to hide and rest and away from the noise of the modern civilization is the best way to describe Tatlong Pulo (Three Islands) in Brgy. Sinapsapan, Jordan, Guimaras.
The place is around 33 minutes away from Jordan Wharf and is accessible by private vehicles, tricycles, multicabs or motorcycles. Be warned though, if you are talking a public transport like a three-wheeled or four wheeled vehicle, you need to ready to hike for at least 1.5 kilometers or around 20 minutes as the road going inside the area is no longer ideal for public transport.
It’s a hide away because there is no electricity supply. Its sand is powdery white and the whole place is untouched by the amenities of modern civilization. There are two beach resorts in the area. One can avail of rooms by the beach and just relax while listening to the waves.
One can go boating, explore the islands or just stay on the shade of the nipa hut cottages and rest. Food can be facilitated by asking the caretaker of the resort to prepare it for you or you can simply bring your own food. A gentle reminder though: Bring your own power bank.
